Chinamans Beach is part of the sensational White Sands Walk in Jervis Bay. Then head to picturesque Pretty Beach in Murramarang National Park. Possibly the best place to see wild Kangaroos on the beach in NSW.
Green Patch in Booderee National Park is one of the best camping sites in the state. Greenfields is another one of the pristine beaches set in Jervis Bay National Park.
And I have never seen so many wild kangaroos jumping around on the beaches than in the South Coast.
Plus, the white powdery sand and striking rock formations are up there with the best I have seen anywhere in the world. Hyams Beach, famous for having the whitest sand in the world, is located in Jervis Bay.
Manly is one of Sydney’s favorite seaside destinations offering a laid-back atmosphere and holiday vibe despite its proximity to the city.
It is a peninsula bounded by sea on three sides and blessed with several beaches, coves and inlets waiting to be explored.
As our ferry approached the wharf at Manly, an idyllic beach suburb came into view.
Pine trees line the esplanade and bobbing yachts dot the waterfront.
After disembarking from Manly Wharf, it’s a ten minute stroll towards the beachfront.
The main thoroughfare is lined with cafes, shops alfresco dining as well as street entertainment.
